Delilah Audri Martin, Trading Regulations Manager

Ms. Delilah A. Martin graduated from American University with a major in International Trade Law and has an extensive background in the field. She worked for a considerable period at the United States International Trade Commission before making her way to UIMEX Corporation, USA.

With over 8 years of experience in international trade regulations, Delilah is well-versed in areas often categorized under antitrust law, which includes government regulations addressing unfair competition and deceptive business practices. This area of law is frequently viewed as a subset of trade regulation law.

Throughout her career, Delilah has assisted numerous Vietnamese enterprises with anti-dumping lawsuits against the US at the WTO, as well as other legal matters involving the US and Vietnam.
